A topical collection 'Biogeography of the Carpathians' has been assembled in Plant Systematics and Evolution.

As it somehow becomes a tradition, a themed journal issue is published as a durable footprint after each edition of our ‘Biogeography of the Carpathians’ international symposium. Accordingly, a collection of articles has been placed in Plant Systematics and Evolution following the 2nd Biogeography of the Carpathians symposium which took place in September 2017 in Cluj-Napoca, Romania (you can find a note on the symposium here). Previously, a special, themed issue was published in Biological Journal of the Linnean Society after the first symposium, which took place in 2013 in Kraków, Poland (you can access it here). The new virtual, topical collection of PSE can be accessed on the journal webpage; below you can find a link to the editorial introducing this collection.
